(1) Every citizen shall have the right to choose the employment he wants. (2) Every citizen shall have the right to be employed voluntarily according to his qualifications and ability and to leave or change such employment subject to this Act and prevailing laws.
(3) No one shall force or compel any citizen to engage in employment against his will or against his will or to engage in such employment.
